Basket Lady?
I received a call from someone yesterday asking if I was the "Basket Lady" because they wanted to order a necklace. I finally figured out that the Post Office gave out my business name to someone. I take all of my packages to the post office everyday in huge pink laundry baskets because it makes everything easier to carry. I choose pink because then my husband won't take them (everything has a habit of ending up in his garage; like my nice set of Williams Sonoma measuring cups!!!). So I guess I am known around here as the "Basket Lady". I guess that is better than Basket Case, or Bag Lady!!

Well one nice thing of a basket lady... esp a Pink basket lady... whats in the basket is beautiful & makes people Smile :)
What a fun story, and as you point out, better than 'basket case'!
BTW, that red Fiat is simply TDF, what a darling car, although I'm sure your spouse would not go for hearing it referred to that way!
