I have always been passionate about designing and making meaningful gifts and keepsakes and was very fortunate to able to start my own business. Lauren Nicole Gifts (name after my niece) was started in 2004 and was a great way for me to have my own business, but still move around as an Army wife. My husband recently retired from the Army and we are now permanently located in Ouray, Colorado

This is just wrong!

This scale is really cute, but it is the last thing I would want to look at when I am on a diet. That would be like painting giant ice cream cones all over my refrigerator and then opening the door just to find out there is no ice cream any where!!

Dusting off my old developmental psychology books (from my fleeting teaching years)- I think that they are going for the "Negative Conditioning" with this one! You know - making you associate chocolate with the scale! LOL!

It is a bit odd though. I think more so for the fact that you're "stepping" on food. I always find that weird!

I agree, it would just make me depressed and thinking of chocolate!

Are they trying to tell us, if we lose a few pounds, we can reward ourselves with a piece of chocolate?

Wow, that wouldn't inspire me to do anything but gain. Stepping on the scale I'd think. Mmm Chocolate, I miss you. lol
