Credit Card Fraud Alert: Here is another person that is making purchases from small monogramming businesses using a stolen credit card:

They ordered from us using a stolen credit card and unfortunately we can't recover the charges or the merchandise. Because there have been so many of these lately we no longer ship overseas unless we know the customer.

I worked in the financial dept for a catalog for some time (before a health issue came up)and I know some of the issues of fraud.

What a bummer. Thieves SUCK!!! Sorry you had to deal with that issue.
Man..that's awful. I had no idea that the credit card company made the seller responsible. I thought they were responsible.
