I have always been passionate about designing and making meaningful gifts and keepsakes and was very fortunate to able to start my own business. Lauren Nicole Gifts (name after my niece) was started in 2004 and was a great way for me to have my own business, but still move around as an Army wife. My husband recently retired from the Army and we are now permanently located in Ouray, Colorado

Apron Book Giveaway

We are pretty sure we are going to have to move again next year (one more move before my husband finishes his twenty year Army career), so we have been really busy cleaning out the rest of the house. I have a ridiculous amount of craft books so I am going to be giving some of them away over the next few weeks. This one is an apron sewing book and has several really great apron patterns in it. To enter just leave a comment on this post letting me know what you like to sew.

Giveaway ends at midnight on Friday, September 25, 2009.

I like to make throw pillows or tote bags. I think aprons would make cute Christmas gifts.

Thanks for the chance to win! I've made a
few aprons recently, and they're very fun. Right now I'm working on a twin size quilt for my son.

Oooh I love craft books. Thus far I have only tackled burp cloths and bibs for my nephews. Aprons would be a fun challenge!

I make a lot of pot holders, but have recently begun making baby quilts that I plan to donate to an orphanage in China when I am finished. I want to learn to make aprons!

Oh how fun. I love to add cute trims and embellishment to towels. I do kitchen towels for hostess gifts and beach towels for kids birthday gifts!

I desperately need an apron. I don't have the budget to buy one, and I haven't been able to win one yet! =) I've heard about this book, and I would dearly love to win it. =D

I love to sew quilts ... but I just love to create period. In the past year I've donated handmade blankets to China's orphans, had one of my quilts auctioned for LWB Born In My Heart Art Auction and made a really cute apron for a special little orphan (and a tiny matching one for a doll I also sent to her.)
I would love a chance to win this book. :-)
Thanks for the opportunity!

I've been wanting to sew an apron - I've been collecting fabric. I also like to sew purses and just made myself the cutest tunic. Thanks for hosting all of these great giveaways.

I do love to sew when I can find the time!! I like to try new projects and I like to make quilts. I am saving all of my daughters Lilly dresses to cut up and make a quilt for her to bring to college. Although she is only 9 I probably should get started sooner than later!!!
Thanks for hosting!!!

OMG I love this! My girlfriend who has diagnosed with bone cancer is a great person who makes all kinds of things by sewing. If I won i'd love to give this to her.

Although this year for the holidays we are making our own gifts...

I am not a sewer but since my chances of winning one of your monnogrammed aprons is slim, I would love to try my own.
