Chocolate Chip Cookies - a little different

We have been experimenting with lots of new recipes and trying to use different ingredients.  This recipe was on the bag of almond flour we bought from Honeyville.  They turned out really well, but they start to get a little too soft by the next day.  We just heated them up in our toaster oven. Yum!!

2-1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup agave
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Combine the flour, salt and baking soda.  Mix the grapeseed oil, vanilla, agave, and chocolate chips together.  Add to the flour mixture and mix well.  Form into 1 inch balls and press onto a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

  1. They look pretty good! Do they taste any different from the regular recipe?
I'm trying to make things that are a bit more healthy here... cookies are my downfall. I see them and have to eat them!
